Surrounded by the beautiful St Avit Loisirs park, enjoy your stay into a comfortable, rustic and authentic Perigourdine house, for 8 people (maximum). The total area is 200 m² !
Groundfloor: 2 bedrooms, 1 shower room and toilet, kitchen (with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob) opens on a beautiful living room and a lounge with an authentic fireplace and TV.
First floor: games room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet.
The large terrace gives you access to a private pool (8 x 4m half above ground).
